  I took a google training class and signed up for the Facebook class which I was unable to attend due to my error in double booking.  I was completely surprised to see DOT Marketing refunded a portion of the class fee.  I was not expecting that due to it being my error that I could not attend.  Thank you!  It was not necessary but made a great impact and very much appreciated.
